Performance Notes

× Discovering the Now

So much of our time onstage is wasted - explaining what's happening, instead of experiencing it. Talking about the past or the future. Stuck in safe premises, with familiar characters who don't feel much of anything at all. This 3-hour workshop will combine scene diagnostics with simple tricks and tips that allow you to discover your scene's "script" in the moment. Let's focus less on what should be happening, and instead enjoy the fun thing that you're already doing.

Pre-requisite: Six months of improv experience. If you are unsure if this class would be a good fit for you, please contact Rachelle Goulter at outreach@vtsl.com.
